Video Remote Interpreting (VRI) can provide a qualified, certified ASL interpreter for your deaf and hard-of-hearing clients at any time, day or night, 24/7.  ACDVRI allows individuals to communicate live with a sign language interpreter using your choice of videoconferencing equipment, computer and web cam, or videophone, and a high-speed Internet connection.

ACDVRI is available on demand and can be an affordable, cost-saving option in many ASL interpreting situations.  Compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) has never been easier or more effective.  Companies and organizations with deaf employees can now provide complete access to staff meetings and training, and receive back a fully engaged, productive employee.

Even in emergency situations, a remote interpreter can bridge the gap and assist in critical communication while a live interpreter is on route.

With ACDVRI:

ACDVRI uses a simple fee structure:

- $3 per minute

- 15 minute minimum

Companies and organizations needing VRI are encouraged to contact ACDVRI in advance to test equipment and Internet bandwidth, and to make an appointment with the VRI interpreter of your choice.  (Cancellations are subject to a fee for the 15 minute minimum.)
